Please record the audio as your explanation of these agents.
Please note, you don't have to describe all of them, just the one or two most influential in your life to this point. |

Virtual Mr. Barikmo on "Political Ideologies" |
Assignment to be Completed by the end of the hour...This is one of my favorite lessons in my classes and I am not here to experience it with you.... Darn it!!!!
As mentioned your task is to complete a set of political ideology inventories. It’s one thing to think you are a “Republican” or “Democrat”, but it’s another thing to know why! These political ideology assessments are designed to allow you to explore your answers to the questions facing our country today. Your results are an important step in understanding where you “fit” on the political spectrum of the US. Your task is to work through these assessments and document your results. Each survey has its limitations and it is important to realize that these are only tools to help us identify where we stand on issues facing us today.
Answer the Following prompts in a Seesaw post for today...
AFTER TAKING THE INVENTORIES… These inventories say that I am most like ly to be described as _______________________________________________. How did these validate what you already thought? How did they challenge your ideas about your political beliefs? Are tools such as these effective for our democracy? Do they promote more meaningful civic engagement or do they represent a challenge to enlightened participation in our democratic system? |
Block Day, March 30/31, 2016

Week "how many days until Spring Break?" (Feb 29 -- Mar 4)
Monday (Leap Day) Plans... Mr. Barikmo is in Goodland Kansas working with their district today...
You have one task today...
1) Mr. Pittman is coming in today to show you how to work with Office Mix in PowerPoint. You should have your presentation slides ready per the assignment and now your task is to record the audio/video in the slides. Ultimately, I need your mp4 that Mix helps you create shared with me in Google Drive. DO NOT EMAIL me the file! It's too large.
Also, when saving the final video and rendering it to the mp4 I suggest using the 720 resolution. the 1080 resolution is not necessary and takes too long to render.
That needs to be shared with me by tomorrow morning, TUESDAY! Get to work!
Peace,
Mr. Barikmo
